Upon arrival in Hanoi, you’ll be met and transferred to our boutique hotel in the heart of Vietnam’s beautiful capital. Hanoi’s tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, and vibrant street life create the perfect introduction to the country. Day Two - March 17, 2027

Historic Hanoi & Street Food with a Master Chef
Today we explore the cultural heart of Hanoi, including the Temple of Literature, the city’s charming French Quarter, and the bustling Old Quarter by traditional cyclo (bicycle taxi!). After lunch featuring Vietnam’s iconic pho, enjoy free time before joining a celebrated Master Chef for an immersive evening street food adventure. This morning we fly to Central Vietnam and continue to the UNESCO World Heritage town of Hoi An. Before arriving at our hotel, we’ll visit the Marble Mountains, a dramatic landscape of limestone peaks, caves, temples, and panoramic coastal views. Day Five - March 20, 2027

Cooking Class & Hoi An Heritage Walk
Begin the day with a visit to a local market before heading to the famous Tra Que Herb Village for a hands-on cooking class. This afternoon, discover the rich history of Hoi An on a guided walking tour through lantern-lined streets, ancient merchant houses, temples, and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge. Day Six - March 21, 2027

Fishing Village Life & Secret Cocktail Experience
Experience life along Vietnam’s central coast as we visit a traditional fishing village. Saigon Landmarks, Coffee Culture & Cu Chi Tunnels
