Day One - May 9th, 2027

Welcome to Athens
Welcome to Greece! Upon arrival in Athens, you’ll be transferred to the stylish Fresh Hotel Athens, located in the heart of the city within walking distance of lively neighborhoods, cafés, and historic landmarks. After time to settle in, we’ll gather for our Welcome Dinner at one of Athens’ acclaimed restaurants, where contemporary Greek cuisine and spectacular Acropolis views provide the perfect introduction to the flavors of Greece and an opportunity to get acquainted with your fellow travelers. Day Two - May 10th, 2027

The Acropolis & Sunset on the Greek Riviera
This morning we step back more than 2,000 years as we explore the Acropolis and its world-class museum with a private guide. Discover the stories behind the Parthenon, the Temple of Athena Nike, and the remarkable civilization that shaped Western culture. Later this afternoon, trade marble monuments for sparkling blue waters as we board a catamaran along the beautiful Athens Riviera. Cruise past secluded coves, enjoy opportunities to swim in the crystal-clear Aegean Sea or simply relax on deck with your favorite beverage, then savor a freshly prepared Greek dinner accompanied by local wines as the sun sets over the coastline. Day Three - May 11th, 2027

Athens Food Tour & Flight to Crete
Experience Athens through its incredible food culture during a guided walking tour featuring family-owned specialty shops, lively markets, neighborhood cafés, and hidden culinary gems. Sample authentic Greek specialties, from fresh cheeses and cured meats to souvlaki, Greek coffee, and sweet honey-drenched loukoumades, while learning the traditions behind each dish. Later this afternoon we fly to beautiful Chania on the island of Crete. After settling into The Chania Hotel, we’ll enjoy dinner overlooking one of Greece’s most picturesque harbors. Day Four - May 12th, 2027

Cooking Like a Cretan
Today’s experience takes us into the heart of Cretan culinary traditions at a working olive mill. Guided by a local cook, we’ll prepare authentic regional dishes using fresh herbs, seasonal vegetables, and exceptional extra virgin olive oil while learning the techniques that have been passed from generation to generation. After enjoying the delicious meal we’ve prepared together, return to Chania to relax or continue exploring its charming harbor, colorful streets, and waterfront cafés. Day Five - May 13th, 2027

Olive Oil, Wine & Cretan Countryside
Today we celebrate two of Crete’s greatest culinary treasures: olive oil and wine. Visit one of the island’s renowned olive mills to learn traditional production methods before enjoying a leisurely four-course brunch thoughtfully paired with exceptional Cretan wines. We’ll also visit the legendary Olive Tree of Vouves—one of the oldest living olive trees in the world—before returning to Chania for a relaxing evening at your leisure. Day Six - May 14th, 2027

Knossos Palace & Eastern Crete
This morning we journey across Crete, stopping to explore the magnificent Palace of Knossos, the center of Europe’s earliest advanced civilization and home to the legendary King Minos and the myth of the Minotaur. A private guide brings this remarkable archaeological site to life while sharing stories of Minoan culture, mythology, and daily life. After lunch in Heraklion, continue to Village Heights Resort, where the remainder of your stay offers a slower pace amid the beautiful Cretan countryside. Day Seven - May 15th, 2027

A Vineyard Picnic & Farewell Celebration
Spend the morning surrounded by vineyards during a leisurely picnic featuring regional specialties paired with wines produced from indigenous Cretan grape varieties. Relax beneath olive trees while learning about the island’s unique terroir and centuries-old winemaking traditions. As the sun sets we’ll gather a final time for a memorable Farewell Dinner celebrating the incredible flavors, friendships, and experiences we’ve shared throughout Greece. Day Eight - May 16th, 2027

Farewell Greece
This morning we’ll transfer to Heraklion Airport together for our short flight back to Athens, where you’ll connect with your international flight home. Depart with unforgettable memories of Greece’s remarkable cuisine, ancient history, breathtaking landscapes, and the warm hospitality that makes this country one of the world’s most beloved culinary destinations.
