Day One - March 13, 2027

Optional Day Trip to Córdoba & Welcome Dinner
Optional Day Trip to Córdoba: Old Town & Great Mosque-Cathedral for early arrivals Private transfers from the airport to our 4 star, Hotel Casa 1800 Seville. After an early evening orientation, we’ll have a group Welcome Dinner at a beautiful local restaurant. (Meals D)  

Day Two - March 14, 2027

Seville Walking Tour & Flamenco Demonstration
Our day begins with a private walking tour of Seville’s UNESCO-listed highlights, including the Alcázar, the Cathedral, and the Santa Cruz quarter. At the Cathedral—the largest Gothic cathedral in the world and the resting place of Christopher Columbus—you’ll experience a striking blend of architectural styles shaped by centuries of history. The morning continues through the charming Jewish Quarter, where narrow streets, hidden courtyards, and picturesque plazas capture the spirit of the city. Later, dive into Seville’s living culture with an introduction to flamenco, followed by an intimate performance in a traditional venue. The evening concludes with a guided tapas tour, where you’ll visit local bars, share classic dishes paired with regional wines, and a vibrant social tradition. (Meals B, D)  

Day Three - March 15, 2027

Cooking Class
Today, you’ll meet your cooking instructor at a local market to begin an immersive food and cultural experience. As you browse the vibrant stalls, you’ll select fresh ingredients while learning about their origins, seasonality, and how Spaniards choose the best products for their cuisine. From there, you’ll head to her welcoming cooking studio just outside Seville’s Old Town, where you’ll enjoy a refreshing drink and tastings before rolling up your sleeves to prepare a selection of traditional regional dishes. After cooking, you’ll sit down together to enjoy your homemade lunch, ending on a sweet note—leaving with new culinary skills and a deeper connection to Spanish culture. (Meals B, L)  

Day Four - March 16, 2027

Sherry Tasting & Equestrian Experience
Today, you’ll set out from Seville on a full-day private journey to Jerez de la Frontera, a city renowned for its sherry, equestrian tradition, and vibrant gastronomy. After a scenic drive with your local host sharing insights into the region’s history, you’ll enjoy a panoramic introduction to Jerez’s Old Town before visiting a traditional bodega to learn about the aging process of sherry and enjoy guided tastings, including food pairings. The experience continues at the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art, where you’ll watch the spectacular performance “How the Andalusian Horses Dance,” showcasing the grace and precision of these iconic horses. You’ll then sit down to a leisurely lunch at a charming family-run restaurant, savoring authentic local cuisine before returning to Seville at the end of a truly memorable day. (Meals B, L)  

Day Five - March 17, 2027

Tile Workshop & Farewell Dinner
Today, you’ll cross the Guadalquivir River into the vibrant and authentic neighborhood of Triana, a district rich in artistic heritage and often overlooked by visitors. With your guide, you’ll explore its history of flamenco, bullfighting, and ceramics before visiting a traditional pottery workshop. There, you’ll learn about centuries-old tile-making techniques and create your own painted tile, followed by a hands-on experience at the potter’s wheel where you’ll shape your own piece with the help of a local artisan. After this creative and cultural experience, you’ll return to your hotel or have time to continue exploring Triana at your leisure. This evening we’ll gather for a final dinner together, sharing stories of our time in Seville. (Meals B, D)  

Day Six - March 18, 2027

Departures
